The heavy wooden doors slammed loudly, and water temperature in the shower was inconsistent!!! A limited room service menu left much to be desired for such a high-end establishment.

Spent two nights in a Junior Suite, and wow! From the spacious room to the super friendly staff, everything felt like a dream. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh pastries. Only thing was the wifi could be spotty at times, but honestly, who needs it when you’re surrounded by such beauty?

Oh my goodness, the dining here is a culinary dream! The local finds, like Guelfi & Ghibellini, left me buzzing with flavor. Plus, the hotel staff are simply phenomenal—shoutout to Dorina for making our family feel at home!
